As a project manager, I was in charge of the development of the multilingual property website Place4Project coordinated by ID Champagne-Ardenne, which provides free support for business and development projects in the Champagne-Ardenne region in France. This website was developed by the communication agency Talky.Walky.

- Selecting the web agency to be in charge of developing the website
- Selecting the translation agency to provide the English content
- Budget monitoring
- Defining the project’s tasks, contributors and timeline
- Defining feedback and greenlighting the mockups
- Following up the transfer of the existing database hosted by the previous provider to the new server

- Follow-up on the editorial content creation and proofreading
- Selecting the visual content for the website
- Monitoring the updating of the database
